Human Resources Leadership Role
This senior HR position requires a high degree of organisational expertise and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
You will be responsible for leading all site-based human resources activities, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning. Your primary objective is to deliver an exceptional HR service to support our large team working on infrastructure projects.

Fundamental Qualifications & Experience:
* A proven track record as a senior advisor or equivalent role within construction/engineering projects would be highly advantageous;
