Next Gen Clubs is a growing Health and Lifestyle business with operations in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Canberra and Auckland.
This casual role requires someone with loads of energy and the desire to be very hands on. The ability to be flexible with your hours is essential.
The purpose of this role is to bring together all the family offerings in the Club and developing them to attract greater participation and ultimately increase member retention.
You must have the ability and proven experience to relate to children of all ages while liaising with adult members. Developing strong collaborative relationships with all the Heads of Departments at the Ryde Club is also fundamental to this role.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Holiday Active holiday camps
- Kids birthday parties
- Kids events i.e. shows
- Specialty classes i.e. kids fitness, dance academy
- Family Welcomes
You must have the following to be considered for this role:
- Event management experience
- Experience working with Children of all ages
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Working within the health, fitness and lifestyle sector would be advantageous
- Proven planning and budgeting expertise
- High Energy and exceptional customer service skills
- Well-groomed and physically fit
