THE ROLE
As an Inventory Assistant (Stock Control), you are responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse.
Your duties will include:
* Conducting regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
* Supporting stock integrity processes, including expiry tracking and rotation
* Checking incoming stock against invoices, unpacking, and placing stock correctly
* Managing stock locations to optimise warehouse efficiency
* Assisting with onboarding new products and removing obsolete stock
* Identifying and resolving stock issues such as shortages, damages, or expiry concerns
* Replenishing stock for picking teams and supporting shelf restocking
* Supporting picking and packing of online orders and store transfers (ITO’s)
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Following company procedures and adhering to safe manual handling practices

If you have experience in inventory, stock control, or a warehouse environment and a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Some of the other things we look out for are:
* Attitude matters – we love a positive attitude and a natural drive to enjoy the journey every day
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (a bonus)
* Forklift licence (a bonus)
