We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Project Safety Management Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in identifying training needs and implementing education and training programs in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
* Maintain project records according to our National Safety Management System.
* Review subcontractor OHS performance at the start and end of contracts.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in OH&S or a related field.
* Previous experience as a Project Safety Advisor or Officer for a building/construction organisation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and online safety management tools.
