A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager:
* Develop strong relationships with regular customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
* Collaborate with the publican to manage daily operations, ensuring a great customer experience
* Learn the skills necessary to become a publican, while leading a team of hospitality professionals
* Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during service
* Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service every shift
Inherent Requirements:
This is a physically demanding role that requires manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries.
