As Website Producer, you’ll support the user experience, customer experience and development initiatives for Bank Australia’s corporate website — the single largest touchpoint for new and existing customers. You’ll execute on the FY26 website roadmap, help shape the future of our digital experience, and ensure the site remains accurate, functional and on brand. Collaborating across divisions, you’ll deliver impactful website design and provide essential support across analytics, reporting and incoming work requests. What you will be doing Deliver the FY26 website roadmap and support BAU activities across bankaust.com.au Manage and optimise the CMS (Webflow), ensuring technical accuracy and accessibility Collaborate with agencies to plan, test and implement quarterly optimisation sprints Maintain accurate, compliant product content across the website and partner platforms Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve conversion and customer experience Troubleshoot live service issues and manage incoming work requests Maintain documentation, audit logs and reporting for campaigns, certifications and compliance Use tools like Jira, Admation, Asana and Slack to manage workflows and stakeholder engagement What you will bring Strong experience in a Website Producer role with strong CMS knowledge (Webflow or similar) Solid understanding of UX, accessibility, information architecture and digital optimisation Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager) and reporting Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integration with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy and brand consistency Empathy for user needs and a passion for improving customer experience Tertiary qualifications in website development, IT or related field (desirable) Experience in financial services and personalisation strategies (desirable) Commitment to Bank Australia’s purpose, values, and B Corp ethos.
