Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Director to lead our Defence and National Security business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, architecture, and cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital engineering strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of sovereign, classified cloud technologies.
They will also be responsible for growing and mentoring a high-performing team of digital engineers and consultants, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and overseeing the delivery of complex digital engineering projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 15 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, with a strong focus on defence and national security.
* Proven track record of leading teams, building organisational capabilities, sales, and managing large-scale projects in a consulting environment.
* Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
