As a sales associate, you will provide customer relations and administration support to the sales team within the residential communities and home building division.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the running of display suites and display homes, including setup, presentation, and maintenance.
* Meeting and greeting customers and stakeholders upon entry to the sales office and on-site display homes, supporting ongoing communication.
* Processing invoices, providing sales advice, and communicating with external agents and other stakeholders.
* Coordinating and finalizing settlements and handover packs.
* Maintaining accurate client records, including data entry and data integrity.
The ideal candidate should possess effective communication skills and an engaging personality. While some exposure to real estate is beneficial, it is not essential. Solid experience in admin or customer service roles is acceptable.
