The Field Network Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end network installations for telecommunications services.
About the Role
This position involves working independently to provide customers with exceptional experiences by activating and assuring telecommunications products and services in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to meet customer satisfaction standards.
* Maintenance and installation of copper cable, fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
* Fault finding over copper networks in rural or remote areas.
Requirements:
Certificate I-II in Telecommunications, open cabling license, traffic management qualifications, and industry white card. Telstra provides training support for traffic management and white card certifications.
