A highly successful real estate agency located in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. This team is dedicated to providing exceptional property management services to their clients.
Role Overview
We are currently seeking three experienced Property Managers, supporting internal promotions, to manage a portfolio of up to 400 properties. The agency embraces a POD-style working environment within a collaborative team, fostering a culture of support and success.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio ensuring the upkeep and maintenance.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
* Arrange property inspections and handle maintenance requests promptly.
* Lead lease negotiations and renewals.
* Coordinate advertising and marketing of available rental properties with the in‐house graphics team.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Robust organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
* Genuine passion for property management and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* 1 year of relevant work experience required.
* Work visa can be provided for this role.

Schedule and Location
Work Shift: 8 hour shift. Work days: 5 days Monday–Saturday with one day off throughout the week.
