We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and performing various administrative tasks.
This is a casual position offering shifts across weekdays, weekends, and evenings. The hourly rate is $44.54 (inclusive of a 20% casual loading) plus additional rates for Saturday and Sunday work. To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated customer service skills, sound communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Key requirements include a current National Police Clearance, a full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing, and proficiency in general computer use.
