Casual Position to earn $26 - $36 per hour (based on experience)
PoolGuard WA is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Pool Shop Assistant to join our growing team on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times
* Conduct in-store pool water testing and explain results to customers
* Provide advice on pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance solutions
* Carry out pool service visits when required (training provided)
* Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments
* Maintain stocked shelves and assist with merchandising displays
* Keep the retail space clean, organised, and welcoming
* Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements (Priority):
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling, including lifting pumps and salt bags
* Valid driver's licence (C class) with a good driving record
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
Professional Skills & Attributes:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Background in chemistry, science, or chemical handling will be highly regarded and considered an added advantage.
Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
