Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small group of residents in sewing activities.
* Plan and introduce creative projects that are achievable and engaging.
* Assist with threading, machine use, and adjusting tension settings.
* Encourage social interaction and a supportive environment.
* Maintain a tidy sewing space before and after sessions.
* Liaise with the Lifestyle Team on materials, preferences, and scheduling.
Skills & Attributes
* Confidence with sewing machines and basic techniques.
* Ability to adapt projects for older adults with varying abilities.
* Patient, encouraging, and great with people.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about fostering creativity and connection.
