General Manager - Finance & AdministrationAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLEOur client is a leading organisation operating within the agricultural supply chain industry based in Geelong. They are currently seeking a senior finance and administration professional to take on the role of General Manager – Finance & Administration.This position plays a vital role in the leadership team, overseeing financial strategy, operational reporting, compliance, and corporate services to support their national operations. This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role with scope to influence business direction and support sustainable growth.RESPONSIBILITIESLead all financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance functionsManage working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditure processesOversee supplier payment systems, pricing models, and banking activityPrepare consolidated financial reports and variance analysisLead administrative operations including HR, legal, IT, procurement, and contract managementOversee governance, risk, compliance, and corporate reporting for executive and board stakeholdersMaintain internal control frameworks, ensure ATO and statutory compliance, and manage external auditsDrive process improvements and digital tools to enhance business efficiencySupport development of data dashboards, reporting tools, and integration of business systemsCollaborate with internal teams, farmers, and logistics partners to validate operational dataProvide strategic advice to the CEO and board, and contribute to supply chain planningSKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven senior leadership experience across finance, administration, and corporate servicesQualifications in accounting, business, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred)Strong experience using MYOB and advanced understanding of financial and statutory reportingKnowledge of BAS, payroll, RCTIs, and ATO compliance requirementsFamiliarity with agribusiness, supply chain, or food production environments is advantageousSkilled in driving business improvement through technology, systems, and data analysisExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly across farmer and industry networksHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Finance General Manager?
