About The Role
The Senior Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is responsible for the provision of a high level of specialist clinical service to a complex case load within the Wagga Wagga Rehabilitation Service.
Leadership, guidance and supervision of Physiotherapists providing these services across the MLHD is part of the role along with the provision of a consultation service to the broader network of staff working in rural isolation within MLHD who are dealing with clients with complex needs needing rehabilitation.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have a Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, with registration to AHPRA's Board of Physiotherapy, and knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award - Level 4, with a rehabilitation specialty.
* Demonstrate highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrate ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Have ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload.
* Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice.
* Demonstrate experience in leading ongoing quality improvement activities and a knowledge of the research process.
* Demonstrate high level problem solving and project management skills.
