Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team at our head office in Warwick QLD. This is a hands‐on role at the heart of our business, responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of freight movements, maximising efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays. This role will be on a rotating roster of four days on and four days off during daytime hours.
This role will have the following tasks:
* Ensure drivers and subcontractors are scheduled to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System.
* Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups.
* Liaise with the logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met.
* This is a pathway to become a Logistics Coordinator if stepping into an entry level role.

Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency or ability to adapt quickly to software such as TruckMate for tracking and managing logistical data will be advantageous.
