Riverland Respite and Recreation Service Inc (RRRSI) is a trusted regional organisation dedicated to supporting people with disability through social inclusion and meaningful community participation.
RRRSI delivers a range of services including Supported Independent Living, skills development, short-term accommodation, overnight stays, and vibrant community programs.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead RRRSI into its next phase of growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will lead our strategic direction, strengthen operational performance, and champion high-quality, client-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives
• Oversee governance, compliance, and day-to-day operations
• Drive financial sustainability, workforce capability, and a positive organisational culture
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with government, funding bodies, clients, families, and the wider community
• Ensure RRRSI remains agile and responsive to sector reforms and regulatory changes
About You:
We are seeking a values-led executive with proven leadership experience, ideally within disability services, community care, or a similarly complex, client-focused environment. You'll bring:
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• A demonstrated record of success as a senior manager
• A deep commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and quality outcomes
• The ability to lead change, inspire teams, and build collaborative partnerships
• Strong knowledge and experience working in the NDIS sector
• Demonstrated experience in business administration, finance, commercial acumen
