About This Role
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant within the Research and Learning Network, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and education expertise to support high-quality addiction and mental health care.
* Design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning programs while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen workforce capability and improve patient outcomes.
* Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of interprofessional education programs.
* Provide clinical leadership, consultancy and support across addiction and mental health services.
* Develop and maintain online learning, training systems and mandatory education programs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workforce capability and clinical practice.
* Drive quality improvement, research and service development initiatives.
About You
You are a skilled and forward‐thinking Clinical Nurse Consultant with a passion for education, leadership and improving mental health outcomes through workforce development.
* Advanced clinical expertise in addiction and/or mental health nursing.
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in education design, delivery and learning management systems.
* Ability to lead change, service improvement and quality initiatives.
* Proven capability in supervision, mentoring and developing others.
* Commitment to evidence‐based practice, research and continuous improvement.

The Research and Learning Network provides support in service‐wide addiction and mental health research and learning initiatives.
It also supports the development and implementation of interdisciplinary and cross‐service learning initiatives. The Research and Learning Network team members have expertise in development and delivery of face‐to‐face, online and blended learning programs.
