We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and curious Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and champion our food and beverage offering.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in leading a service team with a hands-on approach
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A love of the adrenaline of a fast-paced working environment
- Working knowledge of premium food, spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails
- A creative approach to creating exceptional experiences
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
- A strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Be comfortable behind a coffee machine
- Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation
- Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
