We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team in East Ballina, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of our popular venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Crafting a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh garnishes.
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to customers.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, & well-stocked bar area.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest cocktail trends and bartending techniques.
* Collaborating with the management team to develop new menu items and enhance the bar's offerings.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
* Exceptional cocktail-making skills and a keen understanding of flavour profiles.
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming bar environment.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
* RSA certification and a valid Australian driver's licence.
