About The Role
As Projects Control Lead, you will provide end‑to‑end project controls leadership for the APLNG projects portfolio on Curtis Island. This role is responsible for cost control, estimating, scheduling, reporting, and the maintenance of core project control systems to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.
You will partner closely with Delivery, Planning, Commercial, and Client teams to ensure high‑integrity project data, accurate forecasts, and consistent application of project controls standards across a brownfield LNG environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of UGL's project control systems.
Manage cost reporting, estimates, schedules, and financial controls for all projects.
Ensure project portfolios are accurately maintained and reported to enable cost, planning, and scheduling decisions.
Oversee estimates and project schedules prior to submission to the client (ConocoPhillips).
Liaise with the Integrated Planner to develop and maintain resource forecasts and integrated work plans.
Ensure compliance with established project control systems, processes, and audit requirements.
Lead standardising KPIs and reporting frameworks for contract performance.
Present project controls insights to management and clients.
Support training, development and capability uplift across project controls functions.
About You
10–15+ years of project controls experience, ideally within brownfield or LNG environments.
Strong experience in estimating, cost engineering, planning, and scheduling.
Advanced capability with project controls tools, including Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple tasks within constrained timeframes to support project and contract goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of project controls processes, financial reporting, and integrated planning.
