About the position
This role sits within a large-scale SAP ERP transformation program inside a large, structured federal environment. The engagement spans both strategic oversight and hands‐on program delivery, supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation within a regulated government environment.
The work extends beyond standard project coordination. It involves governance participation, scope control, vendor alignment, financial oversight, and ensuring ERP outcomes align with operational and compliance requirements across the organisation.
What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end SAP ERP project delivery, including planning, scope, governance and execution
* Oversee multi-functional and virtual teams across implementation phases
* Manage budgets, risk mitigation strategies and change control processes
* Act as the primary interface between program teams, senior leadership and external stakeholders
What we are looking for
* 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale ERP or SAP programs
* Proven experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
* Strong background in structured governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated capability operating within Federal Government or regulated environments

* This role suits a Project Manager who has previously led enterprise SAP implementations with full delivery accountability
* You will be expected to operate confidently in governance forums and advisory settings
* Ideal candidates bring structured methodology discipline (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) and strong stakeholder alignment capability
