About The Role
We're seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React) to play a key role in shaping the future of our Protecht.ERM platform, used by organisations globally. You'll work with a modern React and TypeScript stack, contributing to architecture, design, and development. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful, user‐centred solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead development of high-quality, user‐focused features using React and TypeScript
* Contribute to frontend architecture, standards, and best practices
* Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences
* Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing and quality
* Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
* Mentor and support other engineers
* Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability
About You
* Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
* Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals
* Experience working with design systems and component libraries
* Experience with unit and/or integration testing
* Passion for building intuitive, high‐quality user interfaces
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
