Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Assistant to join our multidisciplinary allied health and nursing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our clinicians, assisting with the delivery of services to children and adults, and performing indirect and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our team and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse, experience working in a similar role, and excellent problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Internet information/database systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary allied health team or community-based setting
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Internet information/database systems
