**Strata Manager Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strata management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and their interests are protected.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Cultivate strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
* Deliver high-quality customer service in any situation.
* Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
* Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the support of our specialised departments.
* Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
* Oversee the placement of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

* You have experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role. You can interpret the legislation and communicate this to people in a clear way.
* You are great at building relationships and look for win/win solutions.

* You understand the basics of Microsoft Office programs and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
