We are delighted to partner with our client, a successful entrepreneur that manages a diverse range of businesses and nonprofit interests including Executive Search Consultancy, a successful Networking Group and is the Club President for a well-known football club. An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to provide administrative/personal assistant support to this dynamic and talented Executive. The position encompasses a wide variety of personal and executive duties ranging from diary management to researching projects. This part time role is based in Armadale; however, it is a home-based arrangement with the occasional visit to the office.
**About the Role and You
- **This position requires someone with discretion and tactdisplaying strong initiative, common sense and a "can do attitude"! Responsibilities include but no limited to:
- Organise travel arrangements
- Organise meetings and other **events**:
- Background **research **of **specific projects**:
- General secretarial and office administration duties
- Liaising with **external stakeholders**:
- Provide admin support on all projects as required

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound MS Office Skills
- Administrative and office skills
