With an established reputation and trusted brands, one of their senior team is retiring and they are now seeking an experienced Business Development/Account Manager to drive growth in Victoria.
About the Role
This position is a dynamic mix of new business development and account management. You will be responsible for:
* Growing market share by developing new client relationships with builders, fabricators, installers, and architects.
* Nurturing and managing existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identifying opportunities with Tier 1 builders and across major projects.
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects to specification, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a high-performing sales professional with no less than 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Victorian façades or wider commercial building sector. You'll also bring:
* A strong network of contacts across commercial construction and architecture.
* Technical know-how with a solid understanding of NCC regulations.
* Experience managing large-scale projects with strong forecasting and planning skills.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to balance hunting new opportunities and cultivating existing accounts.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
