Duties
* Be our main point of contact for our Sales Team and our Customers, via email and Slack
* Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries by phone.
* Manage, update and prepare weekly reports to support key stakeholders in the business.
* Support the sales team with completing product submission forms and keeping our master database current.
* Work closely with the warehouse teams to resolve Customer Service issues
* All other admin and support tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Attributes
* You have strong and clear English language skills both verbally and in writing emails/communications
* You have previous experience in an office role
* An absolute eagle eye attention to detail
* You like investigating and solving problems
* You can follow clear processes, and suggest improvements to the team
* A strong understand of excel and cloud-based technology platforms (generally comfortable with technology)
* You can time manage and have the ability to prioritise
* You can communicate well and are able to ask for help
* You work well as part of a team
* You can handle pressure and fast paced environments.
