Overview
About The Role : Grovedale Salvos Stores are seeking a talented, values-driven Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. Demonstrated experience in retail sales, while highly regarded, is not essential. Strong customer service skills. Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment. High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Provide an inspiring in-store experience for team, customers and community members.
* Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in retail sales (preferred, not essential).
* Strong customer service skills.
* High energy, hands-on with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
