The Responsibilities

About You
* Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within private organisations.
* CPA or CA qualification.
* Expertise across strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and capital stewardship.
* Experience with M&A transactions, governance frameworks, and Company Secretary responsibilities.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage banking relationships, supplier negotiations, and risk.
* Collaborative leadership style, able to inspire teams and work closely with an engaged CEO and Board.
