About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and professional Customer Sales Representative (Phone-Based) to join our Tamworth team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting healthcare clients, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that healthcare professionals receive the highest quality instruments and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and services.
* Proactively contact hospitals, clinics, and medical practices to promote new products, special offers, and maintenance services.
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
* Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and trust.
* Collaborate with the service and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and after-sales support.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and assist with sales reporting as needed.
* Stay informed about product updates, surgical instrument types, and industry trends.
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the medical, healthcare, or technical equipment sector.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Ability to explain technical product information clearly and confidently.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Computer literacy (CRM, email, and data entry proficiency).
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
