GBSC is a locally owned and multi-disciplined construction company delivering services throughout the Midwest regions. Established in 2001, GBSC directly employs over 100 people.

Position location: Geraldton

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Claim Administration Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to clients.

Full Time position - no part time positions available.

About You

You are someone who:

* Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and stakeholders

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

* A strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures
* High-quality data entry skills and experience using Microsoft Office
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in making and receiving calls in a high-volume environment
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
* A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving KPIs and positive customer outcomes
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience with Simpro and MYOB
* Previous insurance industry experience

Key Duties:

* General administration duties
* Liaising with insurance companies, clients, and tradespeople
* Accounts payable and receivable support

Additional Requirements:

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
