What we're looking for
* Data Analysts:
Experienced in SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools; skilled at turning raw data into actionable insights; able to engage stakeholders with clear, meaningful reporting
* Data Engineers:
Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines; cloud or on-premises data platform experience; strong problem-solving skills; able to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
* Data Architects:
Proven expertise in enterprise data design, modelling, and governance; experience providing technical leadership; ability to align architecture with business strategy
Key attributes
* Strong
communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working on
complex, high-impact projects
* Comfortable in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Mining, resources, or enterprise experience is highly desirable
