This role involves leading SEO and Google Ads strategies to drive organic growth, online sales, and campaign performance. You'll collaborate with a skilled team to optimise content, user experience, and analytics while staying ahead of digital trends and search engine updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement robust SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and boost conversions.
* Content Opportunities: Identify and pursue high-value content opportunities to support long-term SEO growth.
* SEO Monitoring: Continuously monitor, test, and refine SEO tactics to align with evolving search engine algorithms.
* Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to uncover growth potential.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven articles, videos, and AI-powered tools.
* Link Building: Strengthen domain authority through strategic link-building and outreach campaigns.
* Benchmarking: Benchmark against competitors by analysing their SEO performance, content, and backlink profiles.
* Reporting: Track and report on key SEO metrics including organic traffic, CTR, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Google Ads Management:
* Campaign Development: Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and YouTube.
* Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive ad copy and design visually engaging creatives tailored to target audiences.
* Bidding Strategies: Implement smart bidding strategies to maximise ROI and campaign efficiency.
* Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation's.
* Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking (form submissions, add-to-cart, purchases) using Google Tag Manager.
* Analysis: Analyse KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score to evaluate campaign success.
* Forecasting: Forecast performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & UX Optimisation:
* Landing Page Optimisation: Work closely with internal teams to build and optimise landing pages for better user experience and conversion.
* Content Creation: Support the creation of educational and promotional content that drives engagement and sales.
Technical Skills & Tools:
1. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
