About the role
As a Trainee Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams within an organisation. This is a two-year full-time position during which you will complete a Certificate IV in Business (Administration) through TAFE NSW - Digital.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver reliable administrative assistance, including document preparation, word processing, data entry, records management, and correspondence.
* Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records in organisational systems and ensure compliance with data management protocols.
* Assist with meeting preparation and contribute to office operations.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude when working across different teams and functions.
About you
* A recognised higher education qualification or equivalent.
* A valid driver's licence (minimum provisional P1 licence).
* The ability to enrol in a Certificate IV in Business (Administration) course.
* Certificate III in Business or relevant work experience.
