Applications Team Leader, Digital Health Do you want to lead a customer service team that helps health care workers get more out of digital health applications?

The region's digital health program is aligned to the initiatives identified in the Victoria's Digital Health Roadmap 2021-2025 and works collaboratively with the Department of Health's Digital Health branch.
HRHA has implemented a single PAS (i.PM), a regional integration engine (Rhapsody) and a regional platform for facilitating access to clinical care (Miya Precision).
The Digital Health Program is in the preparation phase for a regional electronic medical record to support hospital and community workflows across its membership.
About the role The primary function of this role is to provide functional and technical support for the member health services' digital health software applications.
The Applications Team Leder will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are running smoothly and efficiently, and will work closely with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
The role provides technical Level 2 and Level 3 support and leadership to the Service Desk engineers and onsite IT Support officers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to deliver positive outcomes and delivery within the agreed service level targets.
The role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and will be pivotal in building a quality services for our digital health customers.
About You Strong business analysis and trouble shooting skills Connects to the customer and develops effective and lasting stakeholder relationships Looks for ways to do things better, with the services and within the applications managed Enjoys working with people, mentoring and growing a high-performance team Experience in presenting to Senior leadership.
