Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to deliver luxury residential builds on the Northern Gold Coast

Your new role
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Luxury Residential to oversee high-end bespoke home builds from pre-construction through to completion. You will initially take charge of active luxury residential projects on the Northern Gold Coast, with an ASAP start available. Longer term, this role will play a key part in delivering multiple prestige homes and future low-rise apartment developments.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end project management of luxury residential builds
* High-level plan and documentation interpretation
* Programme, cost and quality control across multiple projects
* Selecting, managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintaining strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders
* Ensuring WHS, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
* Taking true ownership of projects from start to finish

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience managing luxury or high-end residential construction projects
* Strong trade and supplier networks within the residential construction market
* Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
* High personal standards, strong morals and a solid work ethic
* A long-term mindset and desire to build a lasting career with one business
* Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business professionally
