About The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end production and supply chain operations at a key manufacturing site, reporting directly to the GM of Operations & Supply Chain. This role will see you play a central part in driving performance, product quality, and operational excellence across a diverse and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading daily operations across manufacturing, planning, warehousing, and supply chain.
* Ensuring delivery of high-quality products on time and to specification.
* Driving a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across site operations.
* Building capability within the team through leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.
* Working cross-functionally with Quality, NPD, Retail, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and agility in meeting business goals.
* Identifying and implementing initiatives to optimise performance, reduce waste, and elevate customer experience.
About You
You’re a Hands-on Operations Leader With a Background In Food Or FMCG Manufacturing — And a Genuine Passion For Quality, People, And Premium Product. You Thrive In a Collaborative, Fast-paced Environment And Enjoy Being Close To The Product And The Process. You Bring
* 5+ years’ leadership experience in food, beverage, or premium consumer goods manufacturing.
* A values-led leadership style that engages, motivates, and develops teams.
* Experience working in a high-quality manufacturing environment (desirable).
* Strong understanding of food safety, QA, and compliance standards.
* A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to balance structure and flexibility.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across teams.
