The Opportunity
Ampcontrol have an opportunity for a Service Administrator based in our Mackay Electrical Services Operation.
This busy and diverse role requires a person with a high level of attention to detail and in return we are offering the flexibility to suit part time hours and to join our fun and fast paced environment.

What You'll Do
You will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily administrative tasks, which will include:
Processing Timesheets
Answering the phone, taking and forwarding messages
Reception duties including greeting people at the front counter
Booking and reconciliation of travel, accommodation & induction requirements
Raising requisitions and receipting invoices through our operating ERP system
About You
Previous payroll experience
Experience within manufacturing or mining industry advantageous
Be flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to work autonomously
Quality and attention to detail
Energetic and positive attitude to problem solving
Proactive and solution-based approach
Ability to work well under pressure and be resourceful
Competent in Microsoft Office applications
