We are seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Administrator to provide administrative support for the national occupational health & safety, environmental and injury management team.
Responsibilities
* Travel and accommodation booking management as required
* Ensure administration, document control, filing system, records are effectively managed and organised
* Assist with data collection for EOM reporting purposes (inclusive of environmental data such as National Greenhouse Energy Reporting)
* Maintain records of lead safety indicators including HSE Observations, Workplace Inspections, D&A Testing Records and Toolbox Talks
This is a full-time permanent position based in our corporate office.
