Role Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships through proactive phone and digital engagement, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored product and service solutions. You will manage inbound and outbound enquiries, prepare quotes, close sales, and support ongoing account relationships while working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role suits someone who is results driven, customer focused, and thrives in a fast paced sales environment.
