As a Sales Development Partner, you will play a key part in connecting people to our services that can support them to achieve their goals. Working collaboratively with local service teams, you will grow awareness and reputation for us in the local community.
By understanding the needs of the community for which you are responsible, you will generate demand for our services and support new customers through the enquiry and sign up process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to referrers (cold-calling, email, LinkedIn), resulting in increased referral sources and new business opportunities.
2. Deliver comprehensive customer support by building an in-depth understanding of our services, NDIS funding, and support needs, leading to more informed customer interactions and higher conversion rates.
3. Maximize sales impact by collaborating with internal teams to create and implement targeted sales campaigns, resulting in more successful lead generation, stronger referrer networks, and higher sales conversion.
4. Meet or exceed business development targets by providing accurate and timely reporting, ensuring continuous alignment with key performance metrics, and driving overall sales growth.
