As they continue to grow and innovate in the retail space, together we are looking for a strategic and dynamic National Retail Portfolio Manager to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, leading the strategy and execution across the national portfolio.
This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in retail management and portfolio optimisation.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation and expansion
- Oversee the performance and profitability of the retail portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease agreements align with business goals
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the retail portfolio
- Monitor financial performance against target
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail portfolio management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the Australian retail market and property industry
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
