* Collegians Balgownie
* Red Dog on the Green at Figtree
* Collegians Illawarra Leagues Club
We’re excited to announce that exciting opportunities are now available for Chefs and Cooks to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role, your duties may include:
Food Preparation & Cooking – Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standard
Menu Development – Offer creative input for new menu ideas
Kitchen Maintenance – Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
Stock & Ordering – Assist with stock management and ordering
Compliance – Follow all health, safety, and WH&S regulations
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to maintain high standards
What You’ll Bring To The Role
To thrive in these positions, you should:
* Enjoy practical, hands-on work
* Have good communication skills
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
* Be flexible with work hours (including weekends and split shifts)
* Demonstrate strong personal hygiene and safety practices
