Civil Supervisor – Asphalt, Concrete & Bridges

We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a local council works team on a casual basis. This role will oversee crews carrying out asphalt, concrete and bridge maintenance across the City.
You'll be working closely with crews and contractors to make sure works are completed safely, efficiently and to council standards.

Duties
* Supervise crews carrying out asphalt, concrete and bridge works
* Plan and coordinate daily civil works activities
* Monitor work quality, safety and progress on site
* Manage labour, equipment and materials on site
* Liaise with contractors and internal teams
* Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets council standards
* Assist with scheduling, reporting and work programs
About you
* Experience in civil construction, roads or infrastructure maintenance
* Previous supervisory or leading hand experience
* Strong safety focus and ability to lead crews on site
* Good communication and organisational skills
Requirements
* HR Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Traffic Management tickets (desirable)
* Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
