ResponsibilitiesITIL knowledge and experience working with incidents, adds, moves and changes.
ServiceNow is an added bonusSome networking skills including fault finding issues at the physical layer and above.Hardware support, installation and maintenance of peripherals, repair of printers etc.Deployment of PC's and peripherals.Asset management.Patience to do Level 1 preventative maintenance on a regular basis.Ability to work with Level 2 and 3 teams, and in a triage meeting providing onsite support.Good written and verbal English, able to articulate the onsite issues and provide reports.Reliable and presentable.
They will be the Collins representative onsite.Good analytical skills with some experience with PLC type systems, would be a bonus.
