About the role
As the CEO of Complete Field Maintenance Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations. This is a full-time role based in Forrestdale, WA 6112, with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing the company's business strategy in conjunction with the board to achieve long-term objectives through successful strategy execution.
* Overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient management of the company.
* Building and leading a high-performing executive team to drive the business forward.
* Representing the company externally and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ensuring the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
* Monitoring the company's financial performance and making strategic decisions to improve profitability.
* Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.
What we’re looking for
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or Managing Director.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business in the CEO & General Management industry.
* Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to translate vision into actionable plans.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
* A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business, management or finance.
