ICT Coordinator / Systems Support

We are partnering with a rapidly growing Australian services organisation supporting major infrastructure and construction projects. With strong growth over the past few years and significant expansion ahead, they're looking to bring on an ICT Coordinator to help support and develop their internal technology environment.
This role will work closely with the technology leadership team and play a key part in supporting staff across both office and operational environments. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‐on IT support and systems/project work, and who wants to grow as the organisation continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day IT support for staff across devices, systems and applications
* Work closely with the organisation to resolve issues and support infrastructure
* Assist with systems improvements and technology projects as the business grows
* Support initiatives involving SharePoint, reporting platforms (Power BI), and internal systems
* Help improve processes and technology across the business
* Act as a key technology contact for non‐technical stakeholders
About You
* 3‐5 years' experience in IT support, ICT coordination or systems administration
* Ideally from a managed services / vendor background supporting multiple environments
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with both office and operational teams
* Curious, proactive and keen to learn new technologies and systems
* Someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving how things are done
