Job Title: Psychologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psihcologist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to clients in line with contemporary best practices
* Administer and interpret psychological assessments, utilizing results to inform treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Participate in regular peer supervision, training, and professional development opportunities
* Engage in telehealth sessions where appropriate, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery
* Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture, engaging in open and constructive discussions
Requirements:
* Hold full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant governing body
* Experience with third-wave therapies, including ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy
* Proven ability to work effectively with Medicare and third-party funding requirements
* Strong competence in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and clinical documentation skills
* Able to work independently, while also contributing to a supportive team environment
* Passionate about ongoing learning, growth, and contributing to a positive workplace culture
