Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 5 years experience.
* Proven experience in programming and scheduling of site work.
* Familiar with digital job management.
* Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace.
* A current driver\'s license is required.
* A Construction IndustryWhite card is required.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Manage and co-ordinate all on-site activities, ensuring they are completed on time, and to a high standard.
* Verification and authorisation of invoices for materials supplied and works completed.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and associated Company procedures.
* Interpreting Architectural and Structural documentation and adhering to regulations and codes of practice.
* Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient building practices.
* Enhance your knowledge across a wide variety of best practice processes and systems used Nationally.
